Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Line Operator to join our contract manufacturing team. The Line Operator will support daily production activities by assembling kits, feeding materials to the production line, packing and palletizing finished cartons, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

This is a hands-on production position that requires the ability to remain on your feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble product kits accurately according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Feed raw materials and components to the production line as needed.
• Pack finished products into cartons and prepare cartons for shipment.
• Palletize cartons safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Label cartons and finished products as required.
• Keep production materials supplied and organized at the workstation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift and move cartons or materials; ability to lift up to 30 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to safely perform palletizing and material-handling activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
