Production Line Worker

Duties

• Ensure continuous processing of product on production line.
• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Assist in process and Production Line Manager in performing their duties
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Ability to follow Food safety guidelines in handling soybean process and recipes.
• Ensure upmost quality in process and inform Manager of deficiencies as per requirements.
• Ensure equipment is used as per the Standard Operating Policy
• Work with other employees to take breaks and lunches.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior food processing experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Experience in food processing facilities is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures at all times.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
