Production Machine Design Engineer (Mechanical)

About the role

To design, develop, improve, and conduct evaluation to the machines in the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production division to understand design requirements and specifications.

• Analyze existing designs, and prototypes to identify areas for improvement.

• Designs, develops and formulates production or machine improvements through automation activities that improves productivity and work efficiency.

• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of products.

• Create prototypes of designs for testing and evaluation. Conduct various tests to assess the functionality, durability, and performance of prototypes.

• Create detailed documentation, including design specifications and technical drawings.

• Conducts PE Evaluation for new Die -Tool, Jigs and new parts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering and related courses.
• Knowledgeable in Mechanical Design Software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
