Production Machine Operator Assistant

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for a Production Machine Operator Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Prepare materials and equipment before production
• Assist the machine operator during production activities
• Monitor production output and report equipment issues
• Perform basic cleaning and routine equipment checks
• Follow workplace safety and production procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in machine operation, production, or manufacturing
• Experience working with production machinery is preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemical, or similar manufacturing is an advantage
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Willing to work shifts when required

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Machine Assistant, or Production Assistant are encouraged to apply.
