Machine Operator : Eastern Creek

$35 – $42 per hour + Super | 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Hours

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Eastern Creek, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates and consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Conducting routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Following production schedules and workplace procedures
• Assisting with general production duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain productivity throughout the day
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Own reliable transport and ability to travel to Eastern Creek

Desirable

• Forklift Licence
• Manufacturing, packaging, food production, recycling, or industrial processing experience
• Experience working in high-volume production environments
