Stay Safe, Look Out for Each Other

  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
  • Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation.

Keep Improving Together

  • Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • High school diploma; manufacturing experience (food or similar) is an asset
  • Familiarity with HACCP or quality systems is an asset
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed processes
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a bonus
