Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform start-of-shift calibration, cleaning, and adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor output for quality and accuracy.
• Inspect and test products using precision tools and measuring devices.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, reporting problems promptly.
• Complete production logs, quality checks, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.
• Support team members by following hygiene and dress code standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/production setting preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish & English is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 30 pounds) during the shift.
