Production Machine Operator

Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, performing assigned manufacturing tasks, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and production standards. The position requires teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail to achieve daily production targets efficiently and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or abnormalities.
• Report machine malfunctions, equipment issues, and quality concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
• Assist in machine setup, material preparation, and production changeovers when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Observe and comply with all company safety rules and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Record production output and complete required production forms accurately.
• Assist in inventory counting and material handling as assigned.
• Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
• Cooperate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Vocational or Technical course is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when necessary.
• Willing to work in Bocaue, Bulacan.
