Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling options available)

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Machine Operator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. Candidates with machine shop experience, a mechanical or engineering mindset, experience using precision measuring tools, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in understanding how things work will be highly considered.

What You Will Do (Key Duties)

• Equipment Operation: Load raw materials, safely cycle machines, and unload finished parts during production runs.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure they meet specifications.
• Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform basic machine care to ensure safe operation.
• Safety First: Follow all shop safety guidelines and look out for the safety of your team members.

What We Require (Must-Haves)

• Safety Mindset: A strict commitment to following all safety rules and wearing standard Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.).
• Mechanical Aptitude: A mechanical or engineering mindset with an interest in understanding how machines, parts, and processes work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods during an 8 to 10 hour shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think through problems, troubleshoot, and learn from hands-on experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Skills (A Plus, But Not Required)

• Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, or machine shop environment.
• Measuring Skills: Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
• Willingness to Learn: Curiosity and a desire to develop new technical and machining skills.
