1st Shift

• Laser Operator
• Brake Press Operator
• Powder Coat Painting Operator

3rd Shift

• CNC Operator
• Laser Operator

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

• Setting up and operating CNC, laser, brake press, or powder-coating equipment
• Reading blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
• Loading materials and selecting the proper tools or equipment
• Preparing, hanging, coating, and inspecting parts for powder-coat finishing
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed
• Inspecting completed parts for quality and accuracy
• Meeting production and quality requirements
• Completing required production documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press, or powder-coating experience is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring instruments, when required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in producing quality work
