Production Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and tool usage within a dynamic production setting.

Duties

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools, following safety protocols.
• Assist with assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assemble components accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support warehouse functions such as loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during production activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus; candidates should be willing to obtain certification if necessary.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations.
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese is a strong asset
