What they need
Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machining equipment and related machine tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings for production.
- Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC machine programs as needed.
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Job Requirement (Qualifications & Experience)
- Preferably 1-2 years experience as a machinist in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
