· Fill sausage according to specs

· Ensure product are produced in accordance with specified minimum specs

· Ensure ingredients are weighed for each product

· Pack sausage in correct packaging

· Ensure that correct product mix is always available

· Ensure recipes are followed

· Maintain stock and waste control

· Provide excellent customer service and technical information to customers

· Transport meat from one counter to another

· Ensure correct Traceability and labelling for each product

· Checking of sell by and use by dates
