PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP

Role Summary
The Production Management Intern will support the Assistant Production Manager in coordinating production activities, monitoring schedules and keeping clients and internal teams updated on project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Track production progress and follow up on tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare, update and maintain production schedules.
• Assist with updating clients on project status, timelines and related information, under the guidance of the Assistant Production Manager.
• Key in and update production data, project details and records.
• Attend on-site shooting sessions to provide administrative and coordination support.
• Take notes during meetings, production discussions and client briefings.
• Prepare and maintain production checklists, forms and project documentation.
• Coordinate information between clients, the production team and relevant departments.
• Carry out other production coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Media, Film, Broadcasting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
• Good communication and note-taking skills.
• Comfortable working on-site during filming or production activities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to learn and work collaboratively with the production team.
• Has own reliable transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel to client locations and on-site shooting venues.
• Able to support production activities outside the office when required.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
