PRODUCTION MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

Ø Production & Efficiency

• Supervise the daily operations of stamping and assembly production lines to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor production efficiency (OEE), identify improvement opportunities, and optimize line balancing to minimize waste.
• Resolve production issues such as material shortages, machine breakdowns, and process abnormalities to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Team Management & Operations

• Lead and supervise production operators and line leaders by managing attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct on-the-job training, and promote a multi-skilled workforce.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in stamping and assembly operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP system, Microsoft Office applications, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a large workforce, including both local and foreign employees.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with headquarters and internal stakeholders.
