Production Manager (Cattle Feed Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Production Manager with mandatory experience in the Cattle Feed Manufacturing Industry only. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing cattle feed production, plant operations, quality standards, production planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor raw material availability and optimize production efficiency.
• Supervise batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure product quality as per approved formulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, and resource utilization.
• Lead production supervisors and plant workers.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
• Maintain operational records and reports.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in the cattle feed manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of production planning and plant operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
