Production Manager (Cebu)

About the role

As a Production Manager (Cebu) at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production operations at our manufacturing facility in Cebu. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, quality, and safety across the production process, ensuring we consistently deliver the high-quality beverages our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all production activities
2. Ensure strict adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
3. Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks and optimize the production workflow
5. Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance management
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, quality, and inventory
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of production strategies and policies

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
3. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and productivity improvements
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
5. Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
6. Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management software
7. Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
