Production Manager

What you'll be doing  (Production Manager)

1. Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives

2. Optimizing production processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity

3.  Monitoring production performance and taking corrective action as needed to address issues

4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

5. Overseeing and coordinating the work of production teams, including scheduling, task allocation and performance management

6.    Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, procurement and quality control, to align production with overall business objectives

7. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the production process

8.  Providing regular reports and data analysis to senior management on production performance and KPIs

9. Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires communication with China-based stakeholders

What you'll be doing  (Assembly Manager)

1. Production & Assembly Management

Plan, schedule, and manage daily assembly operations for complex semiconductor equipment.

Ensure production output meets design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, QA, and Logistics to ensure alignment on production goals.

Monitor WIP (Work-In-Progress) and bottlenecks, taking corrective actions to avoid delays.

2. People Management

Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and assemblers.

Manage team performance, set clear KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Promote a culture of discipline, safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires communication with China-based stakeholders

3. Quality & Compliance

Implement and maintain rigorous in-process quality checks and final testing standards.

Work closely with QA to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.

Support internal and customer audits as required.

What we're looking for (Production Manager)

1. Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mechanical manufacturing, electronic engineering, automation, industrial engineering, etc.; more than 5 years of experience in PCBA and whole machine production management, preference for those with experience in electronic whole machine production, mechanical equipment, home appliances, etc., plus points for those with experience in large-scale production enterprises.

2. Professional skills: Proficient in whole machine production process management, familiar with core tasks such as production planning, on-site control, quality improvement, and cost control; understand the whole machine production process, assembly process and related testing standards, and be able to independently solve complex production, quality and equipment issues in the production process; familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949 and other quality management systems, and those with lean production and 5S management experience are preferred; familiar with customer visits and audit processes, and be able to lead customer audits; proficient in using work software and production management related systems.

3. Management skills: Excellent team management, organizational coordination and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve production goals and enhance team combat effectiveness; strong planning and coordination, problem-solving, decision-making and stress-resistance abilities, capable of dealing with sudden situations such as order fluctuations and production abnormalities; strong cost awareness, efficiency awareness and responsibility awareness.

4. Other requirements: Able to use Chinese to listen, speak, read and write because need liaise with customers from china , work seriously and meticulously, be pragmatic and responsible, have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit; be able to adapt to necessary overtime; be familiar with relevant industry regulations and customer needs, and have no bad professional records.

3. Management skills: Excellent team management, organizational coordination and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve production goals and improve team combat effectiveness; strong planning and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills and stress resistance, able to respond to sudden situations such as order fluctuations and production abnormalities; strong cost consciousness, efficiency consciousness and responsibility consciousness.

4.
