Production Manager

.They ensure goods are made safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Core duties involve planning production schedules, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and upholding strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Planning: Create daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules. Estimate resource needs, labor, and raw material amounts.
• Supervision: Lead and evaluate floor workers, assign shift tasks, and coordinate training.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, fix workflow blockages, and maintain quality control rules.
• Maintenance: Schedule routine machine care and manage equipment repairs.
• Budgeting: Monitor production costs, negotiate expenses, and write progress reports for senior leaders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
