Production Manager

About the role

Santino Metal Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. This is a full-time, on-site role that will play a crucial part in driving our production targets and maintaining our high standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Oversee the work of production teams, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality control, to optimise production processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of production strategies and policies
• Identify and address any operational bottlenecks or issues in a timely manner
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
