生产经理 Production Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责本部门范围内各项工作和业务运营符合法律法规，亦符合公司的内部规章制度及政策。 Responsible for all work and business operations meeting all requirements of laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and policies. 2. 根据公司制定的主计划组织安排生产, 确保生产安全和产品质量。 Be responsible for production arrangement according to master plan, ensuring production safety and product quality. 3. 负责监督、协调各车间的生产进度，对生产计划完成情况进行跟踪及确认。 Be responsible for supervising, coordinating production schedule of each workshop, tracking and confirming the completion of production plan. 4. 负责召集生产会，及时解决计划执行中异常，确保生产计划的顺利实施。 Be responsible for production meeting organization, solving execution issues of production plan, ensuring production plan to be successfully executed. 5. 负责监督车间原始数据的收集并进行审核。 Be responsible for supervising raw data collection of workshop and audit it. 6. 能够对对生产车间生产主管及工段长进行基本的培训, 提高现场的管理能力。 Be capable of basic training for production supervisor and process leader, enhancing field management ability. 7. 负责完善部门的绩效考核制度，考核生产现场管理人员。 Be responsible for improving department performance assessment system, evaluating field management personnel. 8. 负责完成本部门的工作目标和计划，不断完善管理制度和工作程序。 Be responsible for completing department work objective and plan, continued optimizing management regulation and working procedure. 9. 优化生产运营的工作，部门间的沟通协调工作。 Be responsible for optimizing production operation, communication and coordination between departments. 10. 负责生产过程中环境因素的识别、评价和控制，以及生产过程和场所的环境管理。 Be responsible for the identification, evaluation and control of environmental factors in the production process, as well as the environmental management of the production process and places 11. 减少危废废弃物的产生，对已产生的危废严格按照要求做好入库，杜绝在入库过程中各类跑冒滴漏等现象发生。 Reduce the generation of hazardous waste. Supervise employees to use labor protection appliances correctly. 14. 上级安排的其他工作任务。 Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor. 任职要求： 1. 本科及本科以上，机械或工程专业 Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or mechanical 2. 五年以上生产管理经验，三年以上团队领导管理经验 5+ years working experience in production management, 3+ years working experience in leading people. 3.

熟悉IATF16949 质量管理体系 Training in IATF 16949 4. 良好的英语读、写及口语表达能力 Good written and spoken English 5. 良好的综合电脑技能，办公软件等 Good general computer skills (Microsoft office etc.) 6. 良好的领导力技能 Good leadership skills 7. 以结果为导向 Result-oriented
