Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production of the manufacturing lines, including compounding, mixing, filling, and packaging lines
• Ensure all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to GMP guidelines, company SOPs, and safety regulations
• Review and authorize Batch Production Records (BPR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other manufacturing-related documentation
• Lead investigations into production deviations, product failures, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with the QA department
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to optimize production schedules, manpower allocation, and material utilization to meet market demands
• Supervise, mentor, and train production supervisors and operators; conduct regular GMP and safety training
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance cost-efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with at least 2 years relevant of working experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or Pharmaceutical Science (Technology and Management) or Certificate in Dispensing Studies or bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline with at least 3 years relevant of working experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Deep understanding of PIC/S GMP regulations, cleanroom operations, and purified water systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
