Production Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• • Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day production activities for IV Fluids / Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).
• • Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan while maintaining product quality.
• • Supervise manufacturing processes including solution preparation, filtration, filling, sealing, sterilization, and packing.
• • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, BMRs, and regulatory requirements.
• • Review and maintain batch manufacturing records, production logbooks, and other documentation.
• • Monitor production equipment, utilities, manpower, and material availability.
• • Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
• • Investigate production deviations, process issues, and breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• • Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, sanitation, and contamination-control practices.
• • Monitor production yield, rejection, wastage, and productivity.
• • Train and guide production personnel on GMP, SOPs, safety, and operational procedures.
• • Ensure compliance with data integrity, documentation, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• • Participate in audits, inspections, validation activities, and regulatory compliance activities.
• • Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
• • Manage production manpower and shift schedules effectively.

Educational Qualification

• • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognized institution.
• • Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing qualifications and experience will be preferred.
• Experience
• • 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in IV Fluids / LVP manufacturing.
• • Strong experience in production operations, GMP compliance, batch documentation, and team management is preferred.

Required Skills

• • Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• • Good knowledge of IV Fluid/LVP manufacturing processes and equipment.
• • Strong leadership, manpower management, and problem-solving skills.
• • Good documentation and communication skills.
• • Ability to handle production targets and coordinate with multiple departments.
• • Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
