If you take pride in seeing a project through from start to finish, enjoy solving problems in real time, and believe the customer experience matters just as much as quality workmanship, Storm Guard wants to meet you.

We're looking for a Production Manager to oversee roofing and exterior restoration projects from scheduling and material ordering through final inspection. You'll coordinate crews, manage timelines and budgets, ensure quality and safety, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and knows how to keep multiple construction projects moving.

Customer Experience

• Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related questions.
• Keep homeowners informed throughout the construction process.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure projects are completed to the customer's expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous production management, project management, or construction management experience.
• Roofing, siding, exterior restoration, general contracting, or residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple active job sites.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
