What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in sport industry, footwear, apparel, or garment manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality, and productivity improvement.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience working with international customers/brands is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Manage and control overall production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost objectives.
- Plan production capacity, manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
- Monitor daily production performance and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure production processes comply with company standards, SOPs, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments.
- Willing to be place in Madiun.
