Production Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in production/operations management, preferably in Metal Fabrications.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
