Production Manager

Due to the company's production capacity expansion plan, we are looking for a Production Manager to join our team. We are specifically seeking candidates with direct hands-on experience in automotive parts manufacturing, particularly those who have worked with control cables or window regulator systems at TSC or a similar company in the same industry, so they can hit the ground running and help set up the production system quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage the production line to meet targets for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS), particularly for automotive parts production lines such as control cables and window regulator systems
• Manage production capacity planning to support the company's capacity expansion plan, covering machinery, manpower, and raw materials
• Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 / TS 16949, as well as customer requirements in the automotive and motorcycle industries
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM to continuously improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Manage the production team, from line supervisors to production operators, and develop team capabilities to support the production capacity expansion
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, and Purchasing departments to resolve shop-floor issues and support the setup of new production lines
• Prepare production performance reports, analyze issues, and present corrective action plans to management
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain working conditions in compliance with company and legal standards

Qualifications

• Male/Female, age 32-45 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Production Manager role or a senior production management position
• Direct experience at TSC or a similar manufacturer of automotive/motorcycle control cables and window regulator systems is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of automotive quality management systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, QC Story)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and coordinate effectively across departments
• Good computer skills; experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
• Mature, able to work well under pressure, and ready to support the company's production capacity expansion
