What they need
- Plan, organize and manage the entire production operations to achieve company objectives.
- Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing orders.
- Lead and supervise production supervisor, operators and support staffs.
- Monitor production performance, output and quality to meet KPI targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality and warehouse teams to ensure smooths workflow.
- Optimize production resources such as manpower, machines and materials for efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement or cost saving activities.
- Review and analyze daily production reports and take corrective actions when needed
- Ensure production records, reports and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Oversea staff training, development and performance evaluations.
