About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team at Callbox, Inc. in Western Visayas on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our sales operations, where you will oversee production activities and ensure optimal efficiency across our service delivery processes. The Production Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, meeting service level agreements, and supporting the overall sales development objectives of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating workflows, and implementing process improvements that drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and manage team schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor quality assurance measures and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence standards
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and optimise resource allocation
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management review
• Train, mentor and supervise production team members, fostering professional development and maintaining team morale
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards across all production activities
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance to support uninterrupted service delivery
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and ensure service level expectations are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in production management, operations management or a similar supervisory role within a sales, customer service or business process outsourcing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using production management software, Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and improve operational efficiency through process optimisation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and experience implementing quality control measures
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with sales development or B2B service delivery models is advantageous
