PRODUCTION MANAGER — TANN LINE

Location: In-house office, Kerobokan, Bali

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our garment production from sampling to final delivery. You will manage vendors, timelines, fabrics and trims, while ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Fashion/garment production
• Clothing, swim & knit knowledge
• Bali vendor experience preferred
• Garment construction knowledge
• Fabrics, trims & finishing
• Tech packs/measurements

PRODUCTION

• Manage sample → bulk → delivery
• Manage timelines & deadlines
• Track every style
• Follow up with vendors independently
• Manage fabrics & trims
• Spot delays & solve problems
• Ensure on-time delivery

QUALITY

• Strong QC eye
• Check measurements & construction
• Check colour, fabric & finishing
• Spot faults before delivery
• Reject poor-quality work

MANAGEMENT

• Manage team & vendors
• Set daily/weekly tasks
• Give clear deadlines
• Follow up until complete
• Keep production organised
• Update founder/designer clearly
