Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Metallurgy, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or related discipline.

Role Purpose

Lead production operations to achieve safe, reliable, cost-effective and quality-compliant production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily, monthly and annual production plans.
• Lead production operations and shift management.
• Optimize productivity, yield and energy consumption.
• Monitor production quality and process parameters.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, process engineering and logistics.
• Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions.
• Manage manpower and shift deployment.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead production performance reviews.
• Ensure HSE and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidates should have:

• 15-25 years of total professional experience.
• Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
• Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
• Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
• Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
