About the role
Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, leading production supervisors, leaders and operators while managing manpower, production capacity and shift arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets
- Lead production supervisors, leaders and operators
- Manage manpower, production capacity and shift arrangements
- Ensure output, quality, delivery and productivity KPIs are achieved
- Monitor OEE, downtime, cycle time, yield and production efficiency
- Coordinate with PE, ME, QA, TE, Planning and Warehouse
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Resolve production bottlenecks and major manufacturing issues
- Ensure compliance with SOP, quality and safety requirements
- Develop and coach production teams
About you
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline
- 8+ years manufacturing experience, including supervisory/managerial experience
- Strong leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI and continuous improvement
- Strong preference for EMS / Electronics / PCBA / SMT background
