  Production Operations Management

  • Plan, manage, and control overall production operations to achieve production targets
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
  • Improve production efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
  • Ensure production processes comply with quality and safety standards
    Team Leadership
  • Lead and supervise production staff and supervisors
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to production teams
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment
    Process Improvement
  • Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues
    Inventory & Resource Management
  • Monitor raw material usage and inventory control
  • Ensure machinery, manpower, and production resources are utilized effectively

• Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good command of English is preferred
