Production Manager

Job Summary
Pastry Paradise is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily bakery production, coordinate the production team, maintain product quality, and ensure orders are completed efficiently. Pastry Paradise is a family-owned bakery located at 6218 W Overland Rd in Boise and specializes in Iraqi and Middle Eastern pastries, sweets, and fresh flatbread.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bakery production and workflow.
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities.
• Lead, train, and support bakery team members.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Track ingredients, supplies, and inventory levels.
• Ensure recipes and production standards are followed.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Help improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate preparation for large orders and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery, pastry, food-production, or supervisory experience.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of bakery production and food-safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple production priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Pastry Paradise is a Boise bakery opened by the Albu Mohammed family. The bakery offers a variety of baklava, Turkish delight, Iraqi sweets, and fresh-baked Iraqi flatbread, with plans to continue expanding its selection and business.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
