Production Manager

Job Summary:

Manage and supervise the stitching process, ensuring that quality standards, efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved while maintaining effective manpower and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily stitching production according to the production plan.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Cutting, Planning, and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation according to production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and workplace standards.
• Analyze production reports and take corrective actions where required.
• Train and develop supervisors and production staff to improve productivity and quality.
• Any other Task assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Textile, Garments, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and stitching operations.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and production-planning skills.
