What they need
Responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, GMP compliance, and efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Supervise production staff and daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure GMP, SOP, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Monitor production output, yield, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Stores, Maintenance, and Procurement.
- Maintain production records and resolve process-related issues.
- Improve productivity and reduce production losses.
Preferred: Experience in the cosmetics/pharmaceutical field.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
