Production Manager

Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines

Join Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc., a leading multinational lens manufacturing company and take the lead in driving manufacturing excellence. We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager who will oversee production operations, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.

• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and performance.

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field).

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company.

• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.

• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
