PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Work with the Quality Manager to address any quality issues or deviations from standards that arise during production.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality
• Coordinate with the PPIC Manager to adjust production schedules as needed based on changes in customer orders or production constraints
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to optimize inventory management practices and minimize storage costs
• Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators to assess production efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization
• Support employee engagement and morale by recognizing achievements and addressing any concerns or issues raised by the production team
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements, waste reduction, and efficient use of materials and labor
• Monitor budgetary performance and take corrective action as needed to ensure that production activities remain within budgetary constraints
• Completing tasks and projects within agreed-upon deadlines
• Demonstrates reliability and dedication to meeting work commitments

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is often required
• Experience minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations as Production Manager
• ability to handle production at a factory level, flexibility in approach
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to addressing production challenges and optimizing processes.
• Strong leadership and management abilities Organizational Skills must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems (such as ISO 9001) for ensuring compliance and minimizing risks
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
• Have a keen attention to detail to ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards
