Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, high-energy Production Manager to fuel growth at Camelback Construction Group, a Phoenix-based residential remodeling company. This is a hybrid sales and project management role: you will hunt new business; home remodels, roofing, emergency home repairs, fire and storm damage, mold remediation, and water damage — build lasting vendor relationships with asset and property managers, and then run the jobs you sell from contract through completion. This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses, plus a small base salary at the start to help cover expenses — built for a hunter who wants their income tied to results.

Duties

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business: home remodels, roofing, emergency home repairs, fire and storm damage, mold remediation, and water damage
• Build and grow vendor relationships with asset managers and property managers to create steady repeat work
• Manage projects end to end: schedule crews and subcontractors, hold timelines, and protect margins
• Walk properties, scope work, and prepare estimates and proposals
• Serve as the customer's main point of contact from signed contract to final walkthrough
• Track job costs and keep every project on budget
• Document each job thoroughly: contracts, change orders, photos, and daily progress

Experience

• Proven closer: sales experience required, ideally in construction, restoration, or home services
• Existing relationships with property or asset managers are a major plus
• Working knowledge of residential remodeling and repair scopes, or the ability to learn them fast
• Self-starter who generates their own pipeline, this is not a wait-for-leads role
• Strong communicator with relentless follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
