Production Manager

Knowledge of leather goods, fashion, general construction and quality control of fine crafted accessories is preferred but not required.

Role Description

We are seeking a Full Time Production Manager to oversee our production schedule and assist various studio tasks. You will work directly with our CEO to manage production,

sample development, correspond with clients and vendors. You will get exceptional hands-on experience working with brands and interior designers all over Los Angeles, New York and internationally producing the finest leather goods in the market.

Even better if you have experience working with refined fashion brands and interior designers.

Professional Experience -

• 1-2 years of production management required
• 1-2 sales in fashion retail or wholesale sales preferred
• 1-2 years of quality control, supply chain, lean manufacturing omni-channel retailing preferred

PA/production set assistant experience is a plus.

• Experience or familiar with luxury leather goods preferred not required.

Experience with small, hand crafted non-corporate, independent brands, preferred not required.

• Knowledge of Quickbooks and Bill.com preferred not required.
• Knowledge of Shopify preferred not required
• Spanish speakers preferred!
• Must have a valid drivers license and car - for errands, pick-ups and out of office appointments

General knowledge of social media is a plus.

Education -

• Bachelors in fashion business management, liberal arts or related disciplines, preferred not required

Job tasks include

• Production management for wholesale and DTC accounts
• Client Vendor and customer correspondence
• Onboarding new manufacturing client projects and product development
• Work with CEO to plan production schedule around delivery and marketing calendar
• Help with various tasks

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
