Production Supervisor responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations, workforce allocation, and production planning to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Requires 8+ years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of MTS and ETO environments, Lean manufacturing, 5S, and root-cause analysis. The role involves team leadership, training, continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and ERP-based production documentation. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline is required.
