A textile and garment manufacturing company based in Ibeju-Lekki is looking to hire an experienced Production Manager to oversee its manufacturing operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
• Ensure garments are produced in line with quality standards and specifications
• Manage and motivate production staff, including tailors, cutters, and line supervisors
• Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Develop and implement production schedules, and track progress against targets
• Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Enforce health, safety, and factory compliance standards on the production floor
• Liaise with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in a similar role within the Textile and Garment industry
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and factory operations
• Proven ability to manage production teams, meet output targets, and optimize workflow
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
