Production manager

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Woodwork, Production

Management or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in factory production

management (preferably in interior or furniture industry).

Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control and

safety standards.

Good communication and team management skils.

Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth

production flow.

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines

and quality standards.

Manage and lead the production team (supervisors,

machine operators, craftsmen, etc.).

Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower and equipment.

Maintain quality control and implement process

improvements.

Coordinate with design, procurement and logistics teams.

Ensure health, safety and compliance with factory regulations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
