PRODUCTION MANAGER

About the role

Production Manager is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of projects not limited to events, activations and marketing communication efforts from small meetings to large conventions and from micro to full length campaigns. They work with Accounts, Creatives, Strategists and Clients to determine their needs and then plan out the entire process, from initial concept to final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned events, activations, campaigns, and projects from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with clients, Accounts, Creatives, suppliers, vendors, talents, and project teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, deliverables, and profitability.
• Develop project plans, feasibility studies, and logistical requirements.
• Lead project meetings and align goals, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Supervise Project Coordinators, trainees, and project-based teams.
• Manage on-site execution and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, KPI/ROI analysis, and post-event evaluations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and venues.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project or event management experience.
• Experience managing projects within budget, scope, quality, and timeline.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client, stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is an advantage.
