Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Manager with 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the adhesive, chemical, coating, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage daily production activities as per production schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
• Manage manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other production resources effectively.
• Monitor the manufacturing process of adhesive products and ensure adherence to defined SOPs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth production operations.
• Monitor production parameters and minimize wastage, rejection, and downtime.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials and chemicals.
• Maintain production records, reports, batch records, and other required documentation.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff and operators.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S across the production area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
