Role & responsibilities

JD Manager– Production

1. Overall housekeeping of plant, insist the shift in charge to ensure the same.

2. All solvent issues to create through PO and it is to be confirmed on time.

3. Attaining the Throughput of the plant daily basis.

4. Verification of HACCP plan and conducting Hazard Assessment of all product

5. Data preparation of mentioned plant activities.

6. Time to time instruction and follow up to be given to Shift incharges about priority of work and other process activities.

7. Continuous process improvement and suggestions, feedback from production team to be discussed in daily meeting.

8. All record keeping of plant including, sanitary plan, magnetic filter, glass control register, tools register, nut and bolt register (GMP formats) and chemicals control register etc..

9. Daily monitoring of solvent stock. Stock comparison report with SAP stock and physical stock to be submitted in every week.

10. Ensure process orders are issued on time. Without process order no work to be carried out in plant.

11. While permitting leave to operators, ensure the availability operator in respective shift.

12. Inform the production in charge about critical stock of RM and Solvents.

13. Ensuring the shift schedule system of operators is strictly followed. Violation to be intimated.

14. Ensure the arrangement of chemicals, additives, packing materials and consumables to plant well in advance in day time itself with proper issue slip. After 5 o clock it is not permitted.

15. Ensure the keeping and updating of files: sanitary plan, magnetic filter, glass control register, tools register, nut and bolt register (GMP formats) and chemicals control register etc

16. Ensure the movement of finished /final product to warehouse with correct sticker in daytime itself. 17. On time PO confirmation without delay.

17. Ensure the completion of all breakdown/maintenance work.

18. Maintaining the records and documents related to Production.

19. Inform production in Charges about critical stock of any critical items.

20. Checking of updating of all log books kept in plant.

21. Time to time instructions to operators to improve the quality of works, conducting shop floor production meetings.

22. Ensure safe/hygiene work area and surroundings.

23. Ensure the completion of special works instructed in between the shift. Also report the status of completion production in charge. 25. Plan training to all level of employees in the process area.

24. Coordinate with Engineering Maintenance dept. to maintain minimum level stock of critical spares and fast moving items.

25. Check and ensure the process area is comply with ISO / System requirements and extend full cooperation during audits/customer visits etc. and ensure no major Nonconformance in the process area during audits.

Education Details.

BE /B.Tech – M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
