Production Manager

Job Summary:

• The Production Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) and overall performance of the division. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational efficiency, implement effective strategic planning, and ensure the highest standards of production quality and safety.

Deliverables

• P&L Management: Oversee the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control processes as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as supply chain, engineering, and sales, to align production goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership - ideally in welding and fabrication.
• Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
