Production Manager — Complete H2O Minerals LLC

Join our small liquid mineral supplement manufacturing operation in Panama City. This is a hands-on role: you will make products, maintain accurate batch records, clean equipment and the facility, and handle warehouse work. You will supervise a Warehouse Assistant when that position is filled and handle warehouse duties until then.

Pay and schedule

$18 per hour; full-time, 40 hours per week.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Paid 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks, one during each half of the shift.

On-site at 2150 E 11th St, Panama City, FL 32401.

Production and documentation

Receive assignments through our Operations Hub and review the applicable standard operating procedure (SOP), blank batch manufacturing record (BMR), and safety data sheet (SDS).

Prepare and clean work areas and equipment, verify raw materials and lot numbers, and follow required safety precautions and protective-equipment requirements.

Manufacture products in the clean room according to the approved product SOP. Work may include acid-based processing and reverse-osmosis water steps after required training.

Record materials, quantities, lot numbers, equipment IDs, dates, times, observations, and process information accurately as work is performed. Upload completed batch records and prepare samples for laboratory testing.

After Quality approval, bottle, label, and seal products; print and verify the batch number on every bottle; record packaging lot numbers; and enter inventory in the dashboard.

Maintain product hold status until Quality authorizes final release, then coordinate handoff to the Office Manager for packaging and shipment.

Cleaning and warehouse duties

Wash and clean tools, bottles, large water containers, and other production equipment.

Launder lab coats, towels, and rags according to company procedures.

Clean the restroom and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.

Receive deliveries, unload supplies, verify and organize materials, count inventory, and enter accurate counts in the Operations Hub.

Operate a forklift only after required training, evaluation, and company authorization.

Guide and supervise the Warehouse Assistant when hired.

What the role requires

Careful adherence to written instructions, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Accurate recordkeeping, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and prompt reporting of errors or unexpected conditions.

Willingness to perform production, cleaning, laundry, restroom, and warehouse duties as part of the same position.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required protective equipment, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Ability to work the stated on-site schedule and complete required training.

Training and supervision

Training includes every company GMP SOP, role-specific onboarding, and practical product and equipment training. The Quality Manager reviews work and batch records, controls Quality approvals and product release, and oversees the facility when the Owner is away. The Production Manager reports to the Quality Manager and Owner.
