What they need

Customer: - (JTEKT, Donaldson India, ITL Sonalika, Lohia Group, SANDHAR Components, HERO, Philips, USHA, Orient, etc.)
Role & responsibilities
- Expertise in Aluminum High-pressure Die Casting (HPDC) production & process.
- Handling of die-casting machines (like YUZUMI) ranging from 180 Tons to 1100 Tons.
- Having hands-on experience in M/C setting, die setting, casting components quality
checking, and handling shift independently.
- Know about trial of new dies, monitoring & setting process parameters & freezing it for mass production.
- Monitoring and uderstanding of Production losses and taking action to reduce the same.
- Preparing a die loading plan monthly & daily according to inventory stock.
- Handling Manpower planning and allocation as per the requirement.
- Conforming to the product and process parameters as per the specification in High Pressure Die Casting.
- Documentation and records maintenance knowledge as per ITAF 16949 and VDA.
- To know and implement 5S, 4M,etc.
- Achieve production Target.
