Role Description: The Production Manager at Osé Studios will oversee end-to-end production processes for ready-to-wear collections, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost targets are met. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes coordinating with design, sourcing, and manufacturing partners, planning production schedules, and monitoring workflow from sampling to final delivery. The role involves supervising factory and vendor relationships, resolving production issues, and enforcing quality standards aligned with the brand’s craftsmanship and fabric integrity. The Production Manager will track inventory and production metrics, optimize resources, and support continuous improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and ethical practices. The role also contributes to cross-functional communication, providing regular status updates and aligning production priorities with collection launches and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong production management skills, including planning, coordination, and workflow oversight within fashion or apparel manufacturing.
• Experience with vendor and factory management, including negotiation, capacity planning, and relationship building with supply chain partners.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, quality control standards, and ready-to-wear production processes.
• Proficiency in using production tracking tools or software, and comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, merchandising, and operations teams.
• Prior experience in slow fashion, ethical production, or limited-run collections is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and be present on the production floor as needed.
